We collect phone numbers and names provided by users to facilitate estimates, agreements, and invoices for our business subscribers. In addition, depending on how you use the Service, we may collect:
- Account information: name, email address, business name, role, and password.
- Customer records: names, phone numbers, email addresses, service addresses, and job details that business subscribers enter into the Service to create estimates, contracts, and invoices.
- Billing information: payment card details and billing address, handled by our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Usage data: log files, device and browser information, IP address, pages visited, actions taken, and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
- Communications: messages, attachments, and support requests you send to us.

- Generate, send, and track estimates, agreements, invoices, and SMS notifications on behalf of business subscribers.

3. SMS Privacy Policy
Personal information will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers collected through SMS opt-in (including opt-in form submissions, keywords, and double-opt-in confirmations) are used solely to deliver the messages requested by the business subscriber and are not sold, rented, or released to unaffiliated parties for their own marketing.
4. How We Share Information
We only share personal information in limited circumstances:
- Service providers: trusted vendors that host infrastructure, process payments, deliver SMS and email, and provide analytics, bound by contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
- Business subscribers: if you are an end customer of one of our business subscribers, your information is shared with that business so they can service your account.
- Legal compliance: when required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Estimanos, our users, or the public.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.

Estimanos is operated from Benton County, Washington, United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States, which may have different data protection rules than your country.
